- Breakfast: Whey protein shakes or omelette with spinach and mushroom, consisting of 1 whole egg and 2 egg whites followed by nuts such as almonds, walnuts or pecans or cottage cheese with berries.
- Lunch – Salad with chicken, tuna or shrimp. Add tomatoes, cucumbers and extra vegetables.
- Dinner – beef, turkey or fish meal with vegetables such as broccoli.
If you have a sweet tooth, choose any chocolate which contains 80% organic cacao and eat it every other day.
