One of the hardest parts of a weight loss plan is eating the same bland foods over and over again. If you’re willing to sacrifice a few extra calories to spice up the bland food and maybe only lose 5 pounds instead of 6 every month then I have some great ways to help you turn that diet food in to wonderful tasty dishes you will enjoy eating long after your diet has come and gone.

Spinach is one of those foods. To add a little flavor to spinach I suggest apple cider vinegar. In addition, you get the added benefits of consuming apple cider vinegar which is another super food!
Sardines are not one of my favorite foods but none the less they are loaded with omega 3 and are very beneficial. To spice these little canned fishes up so they are palatable try this recipe. Add a few vegetables such as onions, green or red peppers and a small pinch of soy sauce and stir fry them in olive oil.
Kale, another unpleasant super food, can be chopped and added to a green salad. Mix it in good, sprinkle a little olive oil dressing on it and some parmesan cheese. All three are super foods and the cheese and olive oil dressing will make the kale a little less potent. You can also sprinkle it with lemon juice to increase the activity of its healthy enzymes.
Broccoli is loaded with nutrients that the body needs such as vitamin a and c it has a plentiful amount of both calcium and iron also. These little green bushes can be flavored up with a touch of garlic or a sprinkle of parmesan cheese.
Beans, beans and more beans! Steam your beans. Beans are loaded with antioxidants, dietary fiber, iron, manganese, vitamin A, C and protein. A combination of beans make a wonderful side dish add a few almonds and raisins for a sweeter taste. Beans should also be included in homemade soups and stews. Sautee beans with shiitake mushrooms for a healthy choice. You can also include beans in your favorite salads.
