Fiber helps scrub the intestinal walls clean and relieves your body of some of the stored fecal matter, resulting in some weight loss.
More importantly, when your intestines are clean the food you consume passes through and is eliminated much quicker. This is beneficial not only to your overall health but also your weight loss goals.
